Katie Brown - Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow

Yoga can benefit everyone, whether you’re a total beginner or you’ve been practicing for years, stressed and in need of some time out, or you want to complement your sports training to strengthen and release your muscles.

Katie’s passion for yoga intensified whilst learning to manage a chronic illness. After discovering the healing powers of Yoga she now strives to help others realise the benefits of this ancient practice in a contemporary way.

Katie teaches Hatha Yoga. Her classes centre around Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic practice that improves flexibility, strength, posture and balance.  Her classes are nurturing and start with a short breathing exercise (Pranayama) to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for the physical practice. With a focus on alignment and synchronising breath with movement, the sequence of postures can be as challenging as you wish. Katie has a passion for music which she uses to guide clients through each class.

Katie will be offering 60 minute yoga classes on Saturday mornings. This will include a gentle flow for beginners and a general all abilities class. If you're a keen golfer why not experience how yoga can benefit your game by improving your focus, mobility, balance and range of motion.

Darryl  - Hatha Yoga and Yin/Restorative Yoga

Darryl first discovered yoga when she was living in India as a professional dancer and after the first class she was hooked. Cut to several years later, she enrolled into a 200 hour YTT

course and that was where she completely fell in love with yoga. After struggling with mental health and the difficulties life tends to throw at us, Darryl learnt how to quieten the mind, let

go of what can’t be controlled and set boundaries. It is exciting to know that there is always so much to continue learning. Darryl aims to share her knowledge and the beauty of yoga to

as many as possible.

Yoga and the philosophy can help you live a healthier, happier and more ethical life and that is why yoga is for absolutely anyone. Yoga is so much more than just the asana, the physical

practice, and Darryl will strive to teach transformational yoga and teach what she loves to all students.

Darryl is very passionate about yoga and takes a gentle and supportive approach when teaching. Specialising in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pranayama and Meditation, Darryl

also enjoys inspiring others to improve on their wellbeing as well as their health and long term fitness goals and will help to create moments of peace and contentment in her classes.

Darryl teaches:
