Lisa Bunton - Legs, Bums and Tums
Lisa has been teaching group fitness for the last 32 years, she teaches a variety of classes and is looking forward to bringing LBT to Hever Health.
This 55min class is suitable for all, Lisa will always give you options to work at your level.
The class is aimed at those problem areas Legs, Bums and Tums these are the powerhouse muscles that will keep you strong and burn fat at the same time.
The class will start with a standing warm up followed by a short standing conditioning section which will then move to the mat, you will end with a stretch to lengthen out all of those muscles that have been worked.
