Anne has been providing holistic health and wellness therapies for over 15 years. She is a
qualified Yoga, Relaxation and Meditation Teacher, Neals Yard Organic Independent
Consultant, NLP Practitioner and Counsellor, Life Coach, Reiki Master Practitioner, and
Reiki Master Teacher, and experienced in helping people learn meditation techniques to tune
into their inner guidance and find answers from within.
Anne offers you 1:1 Meditation sessions and the opportunity to attend a 6-week Meditation
course
The sessions will provide you with the following:
A clear understanding on what meditation is and how to meditate
The ability to notice your thoughts as they happen, observe, and accept them without
judgement

A healthier relationship with the thoughts that pass through your mind
