Gemma Horne - Osteopath and Infant Feeding Coach

Gemma qualified from the European School of Osteopathy in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) Ost, D.O. Gemma built busy practices across Kent and Surrey and naturally her interest in the wellbeing of babies and children as well as pre and post natal women developed.

Through her work with babies and new parents Gemma realised how difficult many people find the early days of feeding and realised how important the correct support is for these families. Gemma then gave birth to her daughter in 2017, followed by her son in 2020. Gemma breastfed both children and experienced two very different feeding journeys, particularly in the early days. The support available was limited and so Gemma reached out for advice herself.

These experiences combined encouraged Gemma to take this further and she decided to train as an Infant Feeding Coach, primarily to enable her to further support the parents that presented with their babies for Osteopathy. Gemma also offers Infant feeding support as a stand alone service, both pre-natal in preparation for birth and also throughout the fourth trimester and beyond.
